WordPress registration form and Compucash integration

We developed a WordPress integration with Compucash cash register software to the client’s website.
The user registration form on the website was integrated with Compucash so that the submitted form data is automatically saved in the Compucash system. An email compliance check was also added to the form, i.e. the user’s contact information is not sent to Compucash until the user has clicked on the link in the automatic confirmation e-mail. In this way, only correct and functional contacts are saved in Compucash.

Generating invoices

After a new order is created, a sales invoice is created automatically. You can specify in which state it is necessary to create an invoice for the order - for processing or completed order. The plugin also tries to generate automatic credit invoice when order is refunded.

Sending PDF invoices

Automatic sending of PDF invoices, that match your Merit Aktiva invoice template, straight to the customer's e-mail address (in estonian, russian, finnish, english, polish or swedish).

Marks invoice paid

The plugin can mark automatically an invoice paid when the customer has paid for their order. In addition, different bank accounts can be used according to the customer's payment method.

Two-way data exchange

It is possible to choose where the products will be entered - either in the online shop or in the accounting program - and the product data will be synchronized to another system accordingly.

Stock accounting

If you sell stock items, it is possible to regularly synchronize stock amounts from Merit Aktiva to the online store. You can avoid negative stocks.

Supports WooCommerce coupons

The plugin supports WooCommerce's built-in coupon system.

Supports different product types

The plugin is compatible with all WooCommerce default product types, as well as bundled products created with the “YITH Product Bundles” or "WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium)" plugin.

FAQ

If your online store has an average of 20 or more orders per month, then you should start considering integration with the accounting software. In order to succeed with the Merit Aktiva integration please be sure in the following:

  • your online store runs on WooCommerce;
  • your website runs on PHP 7.0 or newer;
  • your company has active Merit Aktiva account (Premium or Pro is required);
  • there is access to the WordPress administration panel (with maximum rights).
Since the plugin is directly related to WooCommerce, which is constantly evolving, the Merit Aktiva plugin needs to be modified accordingly. A one-time payment cannot guarantee the sustainability of the plugin and the consistently good quality of service.
The data would move mainly from the online store to the accounting program and without any delays. When goods that require stock accounting are sold in the web shop, product data and stock amounts would move in the opposite direction – from Merit Aktiva to the online store and you can set the frequency of stock data exchange.
In theory it is, but we do not recommend it. Currently we do not have a instruction manual for that. We have been in this field for several years and we will probably be able to get the job done faster and painless. The installer needs to know the features of both Merit Aktiva and WooCommerce.
